What should I expect?
We'll kick off with an introductory session. Before this session, you'll complete some forms and reflect on a set of worksheets meant to help clarify your hopes and desires for your health and our time together. We’ll discuss these insights during our first session as we work towards goal-setting.
Following the introductory session, we will schedule follow-up appointments, weekly or bi-weekly. At these sessions, we'll check in on your progress and discuss any challenges without judgment. At the end of each session, I'll provide relevant resources and recommendations through the portal on my website. You’ll have continual access to these materials for reference. Additionally, you're welcome to share any information pertinent to our next session through the portal. You can post your questions there, too.
